I have attended free webinars by Adrian and more recently attended a BPMN course that was paid for.
The free and paid courses were slickly delivered and provided quality content that I have since used.
Adrian is a very experienced, passionate and engaging presenter. He goes out of his way to make sure that attendees understand the subject matter during his courses and provides quality manuals as a reminder. If you would like to learn about any aspect of Business Analysis, I would highly recommend Adrian.

I recently attended the "Strategic Business Analysis" training course run by Blackmetric. The facilitator, Adrian, was excellent. The content and pace was perfect, and Adrian's vast experience made the course really practical for both inexperienced and seasoned business analysts. The course was online but this certainly did not detract from the quality in any way. I'd definitely consider attending future Blackmetric events based on this experience. Furthermore Adrian's webinars are always excellent, focusing on interesting topical content.

Very useful business analysis tools and tips shared; Adrian was an excellent trainer who communicated well and facilitated a wide range of exercises.
