This shop takes apart phones too repair and change screens ,
Yet they do not have the correct tools to do so ?
They do not have the heated press needed to seal phones once the screen is removed !
So essentially as soon as you collect your phone it is instantly a leak issue ,
And your phone will fail shortly after due to water ? damage

Update not according too your staff member last week when I told your staff member it now leaks since you took it apart ,
He told me you cannot make them water proof as you do not have the press too make them waterproof? So ether your telling fibs of the person I spoke too , " the repair technician " didn't know you have this tool ? My 4 year old phone that never had a problem with moisture before you replaced my charging port , now everytime it rains my cam lens steam up ?

I took my phone into this store with a broken front camera, not hopeful about getting it fixed as I didn't want to leave it there for a length of time. However the staff here were so helpful and knowledgeable and not only did they sort the camera, they put a new screen on for me at a very reasonable price and all within a couple of hours whilst I ran some errands. Exceptional service and I'd highly recommend

Took my phone in because I dropped it and the case was fine but the back was cracked and smashed, lovely people that work there, couldn’t fix it because I have an American model so they’re getting hold of their suppliers to see if they can get the American shassay (I’m dyslexic I’m sorry) and I got a wrap and a case and a screen protector and they knocked some of the price off because I had been going in about 3 times this week! Lovely staff and explained everything in detail and couldn’t fault them. Going to ring me when they’ve heard from the supplier. Absolutely amazing staff and price for case and wrap and screen protector was amazing

If I could give it a zero I would.
Partner paid £200 pounds to have his Samsung s20 screen replaced the day before our holiday.
Went to use his camera. Not functioning.
Ran a diagnostics test for the camera/screen/battery and fingerprint recognition to all be faulty.
Called the next day to be told that they had essentially replaced the entirety of the phone (which wasn't disclosed upon purchase)
This would be fine, I understand that in some cases this would benefit the consumer. Although we were told on the phone call that the parts they used could have been sat on the shelf for months if not years.

My issue with this is firstly having a hairline crack and needing a screen replaced turning into a phone that couldn't be used for the entirety of our holiday after paying £200

Thats fine everyone makes mistakes but upon going into the store and being told there is no way they could have known?
When my partner ran a diagnostics himself and saw the issues instantly?Why was this not done prior to pick up?
To save this hassle?

The customer service was awful.
The gentlemen in the back of the shop had no care or compassion for the fact that we had paid £200 for a screen replacement to not have a functioning phone the very next day. He raised his voice at me multiple times got angry towards me and extremely rude and condesending. Essentially telling us we should be grateful for brand new parts included in the price.
(Maybe if they worked we would have been, to also not disclose this upon purchase confused us when the entire phone broke down)
When we collected the phone they told us they put everything from the old phone back apart from the screen.
(So why was it still £200?) (And this is what we wanted initially!)
No partial refund for our inconveniences. No apology, if anything how dare we mention the poor service we had recieved.
I have reccomended this store to so many of my friends and family and coworkers but after the way we were treated today I will tell everyone to dodge a bullet. Everyone makes mistakes but having no care towards customer satisfaction or standard of service is disgraceful.
£200 is a lot of money. Sorry for expecting the service we undoubtedly overpaid for.

We was at Great Yarmouth on holiday and we needed a Apple Watch charger we spent a hour and half looking and asking every shop every store on the market all the phone shops then someone over heard and told us to go in to the shopping center and look for mobile solutions we thought we will give it one more try then we will have to give up we went in and the lady asked if we was ok and when we told her she said yes it’s not Apple but it works they sell loads of them half the price she opened the box and plugged it in and it works well I could have hugged her so friendly and helpful and saved us £15 so thank you very much x
