Andy delivered our 'Winning with 3D Leadership' programme here at Kitlocker, across our Account Management team. Having started the programme in January, our AM leaders were sceptical with a 'Management Consultant' coming in and telling them what they needed to do differently and what to do. It's fair to say that this absolutely wasn't the case. Andy's interactive sessions kept everyone engaged, creating a bespoke programme tailored to Kitlocker's needs. This also meant that the leaders could really relate to a lot of the topics and all have developed in their management skills in such a short space of time. Andy's invaluable experience shone through with his contagious energy & enthusiasm.

Danielle was also amazing in following up with the sessions on all of the content in case someone had missed the sessions - her organisation & attentiveness was incredible!

We couldn't couldn't recommend Andy Hanselman enough, especially for new managers who require the tools and start thinking in 3D! We look forward to bringing him back to share his experience with the rest of our Commercial Leaders!

Having met Andy at one of his seminars I saw an opportunity where Andy could help me develop my management team in a new, innovative and different way that would provide stimulating insights into the commercial operations of a business.
