Dispute unresolved, after miss selling of goods and removal of data. Terrible service and awful experience -Jon was too busy to fulfil his promises, delivered incorrect computer, and withheld my personal data by removing and keeping my hard drive - which I still do not have. Have taken this to trading standards and the police.
