Good product for us! vehicle history retrieval is vital for us to make sure that we advise the right service due.
Also good for retrieving previous information, eg Customer asks where locking wheel nut tool is? as we had it last. Look up on 'notes' to see where we left it.

Their software has functions crippled to force you to pay for support.

Shop around and see what other companies offer, I wish I had never gone with GDS.

If you need to update your address details they will charge you, if you want to add your logo to your invoice they will charge you. Its fair enough to charge subscriptions for program updates and services like postcode lookup but to cripple functions so you cannot configure the program yourself and then charge you to provide a code so you can do so is a joke.
