The environment is not welcoming at all. Not satisfied. Especially a healthy woman with glasses on don't know her name very rude!!!! The staff needs to be changed. There should be new people or english people at least one.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Not willing to use a tiny amount of tape to tape a small box, you have to pay £2.50 for a bit of tape. The store was closing in 10 minutes, she was on her phone and made us wait to be served and then went on to say “you do know the store is closing in 10 minutes”. Also, made me pay for a pre-paid postage label which is usually printed at the Post Office for free!! Will not be going here again.

This is a truly awful post office, quite well-suited to the town in which it is located. I haven't been somewhere with staff this rude since the '80s. They are completely uninterested and even the simplest polite request ("Good morning, I'd like to post this, please") is met with a look as if you've gone in there and insulted their mother. I tend to avoid this, I usually travel several miles to use an alternative post office rather than use this one. I hate this post office.

One member of staff is Very rude to people and so ignorant it's unreal.
Not a nice place at all .
Parcels have arrived there and then disappeared so make your own mind up but I for one don't trust this branch.

Staff very friendly and efficient but unfortunately there’s one that is incredibly rude and unhelpful. I asked her something about a parcel I was posting the other day and she just shrugged and gave me a dirty look. I don’t get people who work with the public but but act like they despise all their customers. This woman can really put a downer on your morning. ☹️
And please stop coughing all over the customers! Or at least pretend that you’re civilised and put your hand over your mouth. Seriously what is wrong with you you foul beast. ?

Went to the post office today. My elderly Mum was having difficulty sending an Amazon parcel back.
The lovely lady there talked us through getting an internet connection via hotspot and Mum got the Amazon link that she needed.
So lovely and so kind. Thankyou x

Totally incompetent and ignorant staff and management. Absolutely no idea about disability benefits can't be bothered about government guidance regarding benefits had to travel to Cleckheaton where it was sorted immediately. Will be reporting the postmaster and will never enter the place again.
