I have been using Videcon in excess of 20 years now……… They have always been very good any issues I’ve had with faulty equipment. Which to be honest, is quite rare….!!!!
I spend quite a lot of money with this company and honestly say they are a lot better than other companies.

Terrible experience, we received a camera that was not working/pre programmed. When we plugged the supposed plug and play camera in, we got no response. We had already got one camera live with no issues. The camera was returned, we received a new one that worked fine. Then 3 months later we were made aware the last camera was working fine and that we are expected to pay for it. If it worked fine it could surely be repacked and sold again (as it had all the packaging when returned). Go somewhere else for a better product and customer service

Unlike the one star review from Mary my experience has only been very good. I have never had a pushy sales people. In fact I contact them not the other way round. The terms and conditions are fairly standard in the industry. The warranty is longer than any other manufacturer. I have used them for 8 plus years and only returned one camera. Sorry you felt like that. I happen to think they are a very good company, happy to help when needed.

Would NOT recommend this company, Returned the cameras more than once and requested a full refund after our customer refused to have anymore repaired cameras from this company. You are only given 14 days to receive your order install it, find out its not working and if its not working go back to your client, uninstall it and take it back to Videcon and they will not give you a refund just a credit note. Do not use this company, we are now stuck with useless credit notes.

It's been less than a week since I first contacted Videcon with an account request and we're already looking at a large project together. Dan is a sound guy and a pleasure to work with, and Dominic is always on hand to help out with system design and quotation. We had a visit by Dan and Justin today at our HQ AW Fire Safety, the guys had so much knowledge and shared this with us, nothing was to much trouble for these guys and we look forward with working with Videcon in the future, well done guys you are a credit to the company 5 star plus service

Needed technical support for AHD DVR, WAS NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE ATITUIDE FROM RICH on teechnical support. Who gave no aid to my situation, when I requested to speak to another technician he decided to hang up abruptly. I Would strongly not recommend this company as the aftercare is awful and did not action anything when I wanted to put a complaint in.
