Friendly, informative, helpful service from Naz. Helped with updates when the Vodafone 4G mast went down. Bought a few products which have worked fine. Would rather shop local and pay a little more to get good advice, than buy on Amazon.

Tried to take advantage of my elderly grandfather. Luckily got his money back.

Grandfather had dropped his phone and lost the battery. Visited the shop to be told they can get him a battery and to come back in a few days as they need to order one. He went back and was given a battery but it didn't fit properly in the phone and was told to "put a bit of tape on it to keep the phone case shut" and that he had twisted the phone and he really needed a new phone because of the twisted case frame and how old it was. . Grandfather left after paying for the battery thinking he could live with it but the tape obviously didn't hold and it wouldn't charge properly in the stand it came with. When we realised what happened we sent him back and credit to the person there gave him his money back.

I managed to find the correct battery within 30 seconds online, turned up today and magically his phone isn't broken or twisted and it all fit perfectly. I'm all for small businesses , especially local ones but shame on them for their behaviour.

I took in my Samsung phone to have the battery replaced. When I got it back the back glass was damaged all around the edges and I was given the excuse "oh, that sometimes happens, it's just the plastic from where it was warmed, it will settle out". I've checked, it's not the plastic, it's the glass that has been chipped. It doesn't happen if you warm the glue properly rather than rushing the job.
The battery is another story: it is worse than the old one it replaced. The phone randomly powers down to 0% even though the battery indicator has said - variously - 51%, 38%, 61% and many more.
Overall, I took in a phone for a simple battery replacement. I got back a phone that is both broken and unusable as I can't rely on the battery any more.
I contacted them using their contact form: no response.
I went in to the shop: was asked to wait, they'd just be a minute or two; I left after 10 minutes of waiting.

Just don't.

Rip off. £10 for a 'Budi' charging lead that costs £2.49 with free postage on Ebay. Needed it immediately otherwise I'd have told him where to go. Only deals in CASH, no card payments...enough said. Do not waste your money here.

Faulty workmanship on repair returned for check resulted in no communication for weeks -and then being told it had been sent away. No quote and no consent for work. Upon requesting my phone back at no charge to myself (as I had not requested the work be done and it was not my error and citing the list of lies i had received and failures to communicate with me) I was told to stop talking before before being passed to speak to a manager- who claimed to have called me last week and have had a conversation with me. They hadn’t.
Received phone in poor repair for second time and told to be careful with it as it was 'fragile'. Rude, unhelpful service and faulty workmanship. Not the firat time either . Would give 0 stars if could.

I’ve had my phones repaired here a few times (butter fingers), there not much this guy can’t fix, I drove over my iPhone XR and he had it working and back to me an an hour for £60!
