Friendly and helpful staff and vets. Each time we have used them the vet has listened to what we have to say, our boy doesn't like certain things and will make it known too, but once we explained to the vet he has always been treated according to what we said and there have never been any issues. The surgery was very busy last time we visited and we did have to wait for a while but we were advised and it did show that the surgery was a popular one. Highly recommend this surgery ?

The team is amazing, We drive from MK as all the vets are in one group here. Its great to be able to see a vet who's interested in your pet health, not how they are going to charge you. Happy the drive a little extra from this service.

Went in with my kittens to get 1st injections done after I already confirmed how old they are, when I got there I been told we can't give them the injection come back next week was charged £50 consultation fee, next week went and again same thing happened also charged £50 consultation fee for nothing, seems like they are charging unnecessary and wasting my time.
Also asked them price on the phone £45 only to find out on the day it's £45 + vat am sure I should have been told the total price including vat, would NOT recommend going there

Hannah and the team at the practice are absolutely fantastic. Whenever we've had to make difficult decisions we have been supported with knowledge and compassion. I've been using this vets for our cats for over 5 years and they've always been happy and content when in with them and on being treated. Other vets have somehow made them quite stressed but never had that experience for any of them at Heath and Reach. Never had a problem booking appointments, both non-emergency and emergency. Highly recommend.

So refreshing when the vet takes the time to talk to your dog. Give her a lovely stroke and make her calm down. Not only that. The receptionists excellent. Fast diagnosis and didn't break the bank. Cookie is a bit of a plonker at the vets. But everyone did their best to make her calm.
