I attended a two hour group workshop on Monday 21st with the lovely Ms J Ortega. Honestly i was open minded going as i did not know what to expect but i have to say it was the best workshop i have been to, the two hour session went so quick, i did not want it to end.

Ms Ortega was very welcoming and made everyone feel at ease and everyone was very comfortable to share their feelings and Jael was very supportive to each individual.

My experience was amazing and left there feeling so much lighter then i entered.
Her delivery was clear and i left there with so much knowledge and information on how powerful energy cleaning is, that i never knew! Knowledge is power and i am now very mindful of my surroundings thanks to the wonderful Ms Ortega for sharing tips and tools to use in our daily lives, we were also sent booklets which i found very powerful.

I recently attended Jael’s vision board and energy healing workshop, and it was truly an inspiring experience. The session began with a calming meditation that left me feeling cantered, balanced, and deeply relaxed.
