There is nothing like this detox and experience, coming from someone who has done almost every single one under the sun and stayed in the best medical spas. The juices are EXQUISITE. They have the program down pat. You are NEVER hungry (never thought I would say that from a juice cleanse). A couple of detox symptoms aside this is ease. Waking up in the country manor with the caring team, and wonderful guests will blow you away. You are held in this space by nature and Madame Viv. Truly life changing, and "Simply Healing". I did not want to leave. It was the ultimate reset and you walk out shedding all the weight you weren't comfortable with on your body. x

10 days here was just what I wanted, and EXACTLY what I needed!

Simply Healing is exactly what it says it is, a place, simply, for healing. I phoned up Viv, booked in and 3 hours later I arrived into the beautiful grounds. I arrived home.

The juices were delicious, different and nourishing and a great chance to get around the communal dining table with other guests and connect, share stories and LAUGH!

My ensuite bedroom became a sleep sanctuary for 10 days. The bed was a comfy cloud. Peaceful. It was the perfect place and space to retreat to for a nap, to read and to sleep.

The grounds are stunning - meadows, grass, and trees surrounding. The natural freshwater pond is great for a dip. Further afield are great country walks. I did a 2 hour daily stroll through farmland which I loved.

Viv, Kate and Caz are wonderful and all their therapists are trained, professional and very sweet also.

100% recommend Simply Healing as a place to escape the rate race, create space, slow the pace and recenter.

Just the most incredible experience! I always leave Simply Healing feeling like a brand new woman. The cleanse leaves you energised, positive and lighter in mind and body (lost 5 kilos in 7 days).

The detox juices and soups are delicious and the treatments are really relaxing and luxurious. All of therapists are friendly, very well trained and extremely professional.

I love the natural, fresh water pool, it’s so refreshing! The beautiful grounds are so peaceful, it’s the perfect place to relax in between all of the wonderful massages, reflexology etc.

As always, thank you to everyone at Simply Healing for all your care and guidance, and for helping me to reset and feel amazing again. I’ll be back again soon! ✨

My Mum and I had the most amazing experience staying at Simply Healing for 7 days. The juices were fresh and delicious, the grounds were so peaceful, the fresh water pool was my highlight. We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be back, every single treatment was great and the therapists were highly professional and just lovely people. I would recommend to anybody who needs to detox, rest and relax. Every night we enjoyed meditation and a delicious soup. I'm not one for writing reviews normally, but I felt this place was deserving of one.

I have done quite a few detoxes previously, but not for a couple of years, and this is due to the fact that they are rarely a pleasant experience, but you go for the result not the experience. Simply Healing is different, both the process and the result were a truly pleasant experience.

Previous detoxes have been hands-off, waterdown juices and very much a sausage factory enterprise, rather than the nurturing environment that you need as you detox. Vivien and her team make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, the juices are varied (even tailored to you) and not watered down and you even get a proper hearty soup in the evening.

I was concerned that with concentrated juice and decent soups I wouldn't lose the weight that I set out for, but I lost 8.5kgs on a 7-day juice detox program. These guys really know their stuff and its all the little details that accumulate to provide the result that only you have in your mind.

Genuinely a 5-star experience. Bravo!
