Cannot recommend this company highly enough! It was predominantly the excellent reviews that led me to choosing them in the first place and I'm glad I did. Everyone I've dealt with has been friendly, efficient and helpful. Especially Victoria, and the engineer, Jake, who carried out the work in pretty awful weather! Everything reinstated as was following the pipe installation and left clean and tidy. Great service from a great company at a reasonable price. Very happy!

Needed to upgrade my mains water supply lead pipes to new modern pipes due to narrowing and obviously getting rid of the old lead water pipes,

contacted Pipeline Services and from the beginning right to completion of the job, it was a very pleasant experience.

Craig right from the first contact professionally talked me through the process and even when the first appointment was missed professionally re-booked another day and I really felt comfortable with the level of their service and price.

The engineers came attended site did a thorough and professional job, that the next day you could hardly tell such pipe laying job, was carried out the day before on the site.

Pleasant set of engineers (Big Up Big Teddy) and nothing was out of place.

I would certainly recommend PLS and would return to use their service if there are any future needs.

We enlisted Pipeline Services to replace the lead piping in our home and they were fantastic from start to finish. Victoria is a gem and was really helpful and communicative all through the process and kept things moving with United Utilities. The 2 gents who did the work were friendly and efficient and arrived promptly to quickly complete the job. Highly recommended.

I have recently engaged Pipeline Services for replacement water pipes. I cannot praise this company enough - they were immaculate - from Victoria who arranged everything perfectly,(liaising with United Utilities too) to the 2 workmen who attended my property. I am so impressed and very grateful for the service provided by this company. 100% recommended.

I had my old lead water supply pipe changed to a new blue one ! The friendly staff arrived on time and worked really hard all morning and fully cleared up after themselves, no mess at all. A certificate was given to me at the end the job and I am extremely pleased with the whole service. I thought I should share such a positive experience with anyone thinking of using the company, they do more than just this have a look on the website.
I now have excellent pressure/flow in comparison to before with the small lead pipe and I would highly recommend this company to anyone, you won’t be disappointed BRILLIANT ?

Pipeline Services have been absolutely amazing and did a really high quality job for us replacing leaking aged lead pipes for us and our neighbour.

In desperation, and with an ongoing leak in the kitchen from a broken mains supply pipe, I messaged them just after midnight to see if they could replace our mains supply. They were in touch by 8.10am in the morning, sent an engineer out to survey the property later that morning, and were able to start work on the installation the day after.

Victoria in particularly was awesome, she was really patient with all our questions and totally grasped the very difficult situation we were in. She kept checking back with us and made sure we understand the process from start to end.

The team who came out to do the work were really friendly and treated us and our vulnerable neighbours with great respect throughout. Really neat job and they cleaned up afterwards.

Thanks to their brilliant service we were able to get connected up to the mains again less than a week later. I cannot fault their service, it have been superb from start to finish.

Commissioned Pipeline Services to replace the lead water pipes into my property and to install a temporary feed whilst I wait for United Utilities to connect me to the water main. Excellent service. The engineer (Jake Shepherd) did a cracking job, leaving the site extremely tidy considering the mess he had to make to get the pipes in. I can highly recommend this company. Quick, efficient, professional and competitively priced.
