I have 5 days left on my car tax and 31 days left on my mot exemption certificate for the DVSA MOT for my private hire vehicle went to haydock west end post office to tax me car handed in the car tax reminder letter handed that to the cashier with my exemption certificate only to be told that she will not tax my car because my car has not got a DVSA MOT and she had my exemption certificate in her hand and never read it properly if she did it states the that my car is exempt from a DVSA MOT so i went to Higher Parr Street Post Office and got car tax with my exemption certificate without any problem.

Came here twice in a month to return some parcels and the staff have been great each time. They were lovely to talk to and went above and beyond to assist me. Which was greatly appreciated as my arm was broken at the time.

It is the most friendly place and the 3 girls who work their are lovely and very helpful and are always having a chat with the older customers.
