If I could of left 0 stars I would have. Never been anywhere with such a low level of customer services than I have experienced here by one of the members of staff (male). Spent £40 on a sprocket that was the incorrect one when I rang the shop to explain I was met with ignorance and aggression putting the blame on to myself telling me to take my bike back apart and take it in for him to see to which I replied no I just want a refund to then be met with “well you can have a refund but don’t come to the shop again” I took the part back and the same said male that answered the phone proceeded to scream and shout all over the shop that much he was red in the face and spitting everywhere all while other customers were also present and tried to blame the problem on a stretched chain which is incorrect as the chain is brand new. Lost my custom now as I will never return shame as the other women in the shop are lovely. Just a shame they have to work with someone like him.

amazing family run business, very helpful and friendly. I've had parts for my twinshock bikes within days and pretty much all modern bike stuff always in stock.
Good variation of clothing and accessories available in the shop and on the new online shop site

Spot on little independent mx shop, been around since mx was in black and white. Never been in and a part isn't on the shelf, irrelevant of how obscure the part was.
We are so lucky to have this within 5 miles of home, especially as its a shop run by knowledgeable and passionate people, but I know their mail order side is second to non if you can't get to the shop. Prices are bang on too,

Support local independent stores, we will miss them when all we have left is Web based shopping.

What a belting little shop, loads of stock and even more so knowledge from the staff. Prices are spot on and if you can't get down to the shop the delivery service is fantastic.

Fantastic little shop. Very comprehensive stock of engine rebuild parts , rather than just a shop full of helmets and jerseys. Had everything I desperately needed to rebuild my engine the day before riding all in stock ready for me ! Even accurately measured my cylinder there and then to ensure the correct size piston was given. Fantastic.

Went there for 5 to 5 and the place was shut am fuming as I paid 20 pound for a lift and I wouldn’t mind but didn’t get told about the shutting time until I was on way way there
