Today I’ve parked my car by mistake in Halo Service Solutions parking lot, I didn’t know it’s a private parking space and even if it was ,there wasn’t any sign prohibiting parking to others drivers except building members .

When I tried to speak to a member of staff and explain the misunderstanding situation there was a really stupid rude lady ,which she continuously yelled and complained at me keeping in mind the fact that I’ve mentioned more than twice my apologies for the inconvenience that I might’ve caused she kept arguing with me threaten me
and she had a robot behaviour that wouldn’t stop from carrying on the same argue discussion You guys need to teach some manners to your members of staff
This is unacceptable
Mistakes happen misunderstanding happens
But there are mental people just like this lady that really enjoys building up nonsense arguments with people .
