It takes weeks after an interview to receive any feedback, I had to call and chase. I felt this agency let me down on two occassions, with a similar experience. Politley asked them not to store my data any longer for future roles.

I have found Millbank to be the most effective and efficient technical recruitment agency that I have come across in my two years in the nuclear industry. They take the time to understand my Company and the roles we have vacancies for and match good candidates to them. I never feel like we are just receiving CV’s by way of a data dump and am never flooded by calls and emails from him either. Millbank has also taken time to help discuss GDPR requirements with us and are currently helping us understand IR35 and its implications. All in all I believe that the relationship we have with Millbank and in particular Sean Boswell is a joint one with us both working towards the same goals.

As with all agencies u have to be very carefull and clear about what you sign up for!
I made the costly mistake of investing time and money in preparation to undertake the role as as a painter working for McLaren. I was cleverly sold the job as though I would be part of a small paint shop team which got me excited but, Upon arrival I quickly learned that there was no painting involved. Instead I was expected to flat and polish cars all day, every day in amongst an army of workers, who some of which, found it hilarious that like themselves, had been conned into believing I'd be a painter. I walked out after one hour feeling stressed, angry, lied to and out of pocket.
It is highly possible that millbank themselves we're miss sold the job details by McLaren because I was informed by several employees that they were at least 300 cars behind schedule.
There's an old saying, if something seems to good to be true, then it more than likely is, so make sure you know exactly what you're getting yourself into before you sign anything, or like me, u may be bitterly disappointed with what u receive.
The money offered was very good and they were very efficient but just be aware of the pitfalls!

Enquired about vacancies and was told I was ideal for a position and my details were put forward. The recruiter then spent 3 weeks ignoring my calls and emails. I then contacted the company directly who advised the position had been filled and my details were only passed over in an "unsure if they are right for any position" capacity. Avoid.

Have to agree with Matthew Brown. I was more than qualified and did not hear from anyone. Always given false promises of calling back which never happens. An agency to avoid when serious about looking for a job.
