Absolutely brilliant service! My daughter forgot the password to her PC, I dropped it off today at 3.30 and by 5.30 I had a call to say, not only had they removed the password block but they had replaced batteries needed, cleaned the whole system, removed bugs and serviced the machine.
The owner even waited for me 20 minutes after the shop had shut so I could collect it and give it back to my daughter 🙂
Couldn’t be happier and recommend them 100% !

I cannot praise them enough they are fantastic so helpful no job to small or large
They sorted my computer out with for me I have had so much trouble everywhere I went were the work carried out was not up to standard but Okehampton computers sorted out all the previous errors and problems I had very quickly and kept me informed through out the process they really know there stuff and from now on it's the only place I trust and would go to Alex is very knowledge and very qualified it's a real treat to know you are in good hands and prices are very good as well they do not over charge you on any work carried out he will give options on what you need to get up and running again best computer repair place I have ever come across they are the best

Alex is a fantastic advocate for the business and looked after me very well. Bought a new printer in January and returned this week with a PC problem that unfortunately couldn’t be fixed. Supplied me with a refurbed similar unit and transferred everything across, keeping me up to date regularly without prompt. His knowledge and friendly, helpful demeanour is second to none and I’m glad I have such a great business to call upon 15 minutes down the road. Many thanks Alex.

When I first went into the shop I was greeted by Alex and Josh. They were extremely helpful and very kind. Over the last week or so I have been back and was served by Alex who was brilliant and quite happy to "go the extra mile" and sort out my problems. Alex did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing my PC after a power supply failure. Diagnosed, discussed, and an off the shelf replacement fitted with the PC being returned the next day. Even sorted a few issues out in the process for me. Best repair shop in town, would recommend to all.
