Join-IT has been our managed provider for about 18 months and we have been extremely impressed. From an initial site visit to understand our set up, we've genuinely felt that our business is important to them and the personal touch from Jordan, Lewis, Taylor and the team is what makes us feel valued. As a team of 31 staff, we can just get on with our business, trusting that Join-IT is quietly looking after our systems in the background. When the odd issue arises - normally as a result of something we have done (!) - their team has always been really responsive and has even come out on site a couple of times. Their MD also took the trouble to come and meet our team and talk about some of the common cyber threats they are seeing, which was really well received.
Can't recommend the service more.

Great Service. Called to discuss an issue with my laptop on Monday, dropped it off Tuesday evening and had it back in hand, problems resolved the next day.
