People are actually nice there, but be aware, the job itself starts at 9.30 am and you finish more likely at 9pm - 6 days a week. You will spend 9 hours outside knocking on peoples doors approximately 360 doors a day. Nobody will tell you this is actually what you’re doing, before you start the job. No one was aware of what they actually do before they started. If you lucky enough to get a sale you might also not get paid if people change their mind. So before you start, bear in mind you might make no money and spend 12 hours a day 6 days a week knocking on peoples doors. Being outside all day everyday means nowhere to eat and no toilet too. If you’re wondering why everyone looks 15 or is under 25, it’s because they don’t have families or personal life or are naive enough. But anyway, people are nice even though no freedom of speech and other high school type of ‘rules’ might appear there which you probably won’t get.

Unlike other companies I’ve worked in, the mentors and coaches want to aid with the growth and development of the team and like a seeing everyone happy whether that’s the workforce, clients or customers.

It’s common between every business in direct marketing that some don’t put the work in to make themselves successful in a performance based role, however, anyone that’s excited to develop and wants to push themselves in a fun workplace, it’s a great stepping stone to the business and marketing sector.
