Great experience using Ian, Justina and the team at 360. communication is great and nothing is too much trouble. Used them last year for 5 Renault Trafic vans which all turned up in a timely manor. The service from Tracey and Taylor has been superb. Attentive, understanding and not at all pushy, they have been guiding me to select a car based on requirements. By spending time listening to attributes that I was seeking from a vehicle, they introduced options to marques I never considered.

After some delays with delivery, I have a great vehicle, the pricing is competitive and the service was x100 of the local dealership.

Even after taking delivery, Taylor has been keeping touch and working with the dealer to sort out a paintwork issue. It would have been easy for him to leave me to sort it out, but he has been great to manage the negotiations on my behalf – absolutely top service!!

Leasing seemed like such minefield and despite getting quotes from lots of companies I wasn’t confident I had a good deal. Having spoken to Ian he happily answered my questions - and I had lots. He was willing to provide as much detail as I needed and assisted in getting my chosen car quickly despite long waits quoted via other companies. Car arrived bang on time with no nasty surprises anywhere in the process. Can’t recommend Tracey & Ian enough.

I initially contacted Ian regarding a tipper and a van that I required for my growing business. I subsequently had to put a hold on the order for a while and later picked up the thread again for just a tipper. Although I had inconvenienced Ian and Tracey with my change of plans, they were incredibly patient and helpful none the less.
Once the new tipper was ordered, the process was smooth and worry free for me. Again, due to my hectic schedule, I ended up keeping Tracey waiting for some documents, which I'm sure was frustrating. However, I received an excellent service and was treated in a professional and friendly manner despite my lack of organisation!
I couldn't recommend Ian and Tracey highly enough. I will be contacting them in the new year to pick up where we left off with the van too!

Ian was most helpful from initial contact, all the way through to receiving my new vehicle.

There were delays which I expected - all completely outside of 360 Auto Leasing's control. Throughout, they kept me up to date and were always available to help. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new lease.
