The lever which operates the windscreen wipers in our car snapped mid-journey rendering our car unsafe to drive. We were in desperate need of a quick fix before Christmas holidays and struggled to find a garage that had availability or was willing to do the job. We got the necessary part from VW (who said they couldn't fit it until 2023!) and contacted Sam who had it fixed for us within a week. He provided an efficient and friendly service and he clearly has plenty of experience and expertise in car mechanics. Thanks Sam!

As previous reviews have said - 5 stars not really enough!

We had sold our Mercedes Sprinter campervan and it was due to be picked up on the Monday, but the Thursday before the buyer's pick up it developed a continuous squeak, which stopped every time the brake pedal was pressed. Having rung almost every garage in Banbury who were completely bemused by the problem and with no availability, Sam came to our rescue visiting us the very next morning, solving the problem quickly and efficiently and for an extremely fair price. Very friendly and knowledgeable...if we weren't emigrating we would definitely use again! Highly recommend.

Sam was excellent when dealing with my 21 year old son who was stranded near Oxford with a flat tyre and no wheel locking nut. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Good value too.

Had Sam change my glow plugs on my renault traffic van after having so many machanics not wanting to do the job they can be a pain and snap off but Sam said he would do them so he did. But only managed to do three of them he said the fourth one was to tight and didn't want to snap it off. Three weeks later called him out again cambelt went on the drive he give me options and went with just to try a cambelt kit just to see what damage was done and fitted a new fuel pump for what reason ain't got a clue.
After doing this wasn't good news he thought is done more damage so went away again to price up for more quotes unbelievable the price he come back with not garenteeing it would fix the problem
Anyway getting back to the glow plugs he did snap one off. Had a fuel pump fitted and didn't need it damaged power steering pump pipe and bodged it with jubilee clips and plastic pipe cost me hundreds I did text him about the glow plugs but no reply nothing unusual there.

Anyway cheers Sam keep up the good work.

Sam is polite and very kind when you meet him, he changed a pulley and belt for me that started making the same rattly noise after a few weeks. Have messaged him enough number of times and have offered to pay for him to fix it again, but no reply.
